Nighttime anxiety is a very real thing! I will for sure check it out! I do have POTS so my heart is racing all the time, haha, used to it so thats not my main problem with the anxiety. It's more that pit feeling deep in my chest and stomach. I hope I will be able to go out of the door more, that last times I've tried I have just ended up in the bathroom crying.. hope to feel stronger soon.

Journaling helped me so much, I also got some fun coloring books and markers etc. just try a bunch of hobbies because you don’t know what is going to help you find enjoyment again! Sending you a hug. Yeah I've been to worn out by the relationship for the last year to even think about my hobbies, so about time to find something to keep my mind occupied. It feels like I will never know happiness again, but as you are saying, time is all I need I hope :)
