My favorite new PM. Came on a service call and it hadn't been serviced in 8 years. Some how they actually signed off on a pm contract for 8hrs/4x a year for the one system for an elevator room.

We all know who is charging this much for a coil kit. Only reason I didn't buy a whole air handler was it wasn't in stock. Customer didn't believe me when I told them price wise for coil vs new air handler was on like a $200.

I never thought that being a joint owner with my Father. That I would have to remove him from the business due to drugs and alcohol abuse.growing up he hardly ever touched alcohol. Now all of a sudden I had to bail him out of jail due to a DUI. He fell asleep behind the wheel and hit another car.

Man love my Galaxy fold 6. Switched from iPhone 12. To be able to remote in and open up my phone to an 8in tablet to do things is a game changer.

Never have and never will haggle. This is for a commercial rtu and they call 5 mins after getting the quote trying to haggle. Asking if I can do it almost half the cost for cash. 😄
