I always want to believe the best in people, but I can't help but find nothing but red flags here. It's quite unfair of her to expect you to be comfortable with this, no matter what assurances she makes. In my experiences and that of people I know, being friends with ex's never ends well, especially when she is THAT close with hers. She needs to at the very least acknowledge how it makes you feel and see your point of view, and if she doesn't and is just dismissive of your feelings towards the situation I'd take that as a sign of her not being committed to your relationship and her keeping her options open.
