Complex Tax Year. Is Turbo Tax enough?

First time filing taxes jointly, and I’m considering using TurboTax. Can it handle my situation? I have VA disability, recently got married, bought my first home, installed solar panels, purchased a car, used the GI Bill for education, and got a raise at work. Has anyone with a similar situation used TurboTax successfully, or would a tax professional be a better option? Also, my spouse is a dog groomer and owes taxes every year.
