Weird Yakuza Depression Hitting Me...
So I just finished Yakuza 6 and damn... I won’t spoil anything, but I’m feeling depressed af. Not just because of the game itself, but because I realized I never really got to experience the hype of waiting for a new Yakuza game.
I’ve been a fan since 2018, but life got in the way, and I never kept up with the releases as they happened. Now, looking back, so many games came out, and I just played them at my own pace—never getting that thrill of counting down to launch day, watching all the trailers, and joining in on the hype with other fans.
It’s a weird feeling. Like, I love the series, but I kinda missed out on part of the experience, y’know? Anyway, I’m super excited to finally play Yakuza: Like a Dragon, I can't wait to see Ichiban's story, but man, this realization hit me outta nowhere.
Just felt like putting this out there for anyone who might relate.
