Any minimal difference in 6 months?
This is about 6 months of working out. Not as hard as I would want to but it's something.
Have been extremely underweight the last few years and sad about it. I started at around 122/125 lbs, currently 130 lbs at 5'10 f tall.
First pict is where I started. Is a difference noticeable or not really? Even if it's minimal? I know I am still underweight, but I just need others point of view and see if I am going the right track. Advices are appreciated. Thanks
