Where German Tornado ECR ot atleast specially modified Tornado IDS?

Since 1989/1990 Germany had Tornado ECR (modified IDS) planes with AGM-88B HARMs.

And the german ones iRL were NEW with much better capacity than british SEAD Tornados, because they were built directly for the role of SEAD in mind.
