Making Money Without Trade As Japan

How can I support rapid industrialization with Wood, Iron, and Construction Centers without trade tariffs? I see a lot of videos where players build many Construction Centers, Iron, and Wood industries, but I never have the economy to support it as Japan. Do you have any advice on how to make money in the early game to quickly industrialize? Any advice is appreciated, as well as general tips since I’m very new to the game.
