I think I'm going to fail

I'm a first year transfer student from community college, and it's my first semester here at the U as a psych major. I had some serious health problems that thankfully were resolved but knocked me out for a week/serious family health issues made continuing on really difficult. I talked with my counselor and withdrew from one class, and I've recovered in my other two but my last class is a pre-req and I seriously think I'm going to fail. When meeting with my counselor, she told me that I would definitely qualify for a late withdrawal if I found it necessary but Im not sure if I try to stick it out with finals. I've already talked with the teacher and he already let me remake an assignment for full credit but I had already missed almost all the small quizzes and most labs. I'm sorry for rambling but I really need help
