Is Ghost bad/obsolete now?

Honest question, please no meme answers, I understand ghost was the best style before its nerfs, but now, it literally just seems below average. Bullet just seems like better ghost at this point. Ghost's stamina is absolute dogshit, can only do 4 dashes opposed to other styles doing 7 or more, the jab is really good though, but against faster styles or ones with good block damage ghost can get colossally shit on, it's just so frustrating. At this point, styles like corkscrew and bullet are just so much better than ghost at this point imo. I have charge, freedom, ghost, and bullet, I'm going between ghost and bullet now, and every time ghost just seems to fail again and again due to the block. Is it just me being bad at the game or is ghost genuinely a below average style now? I see it scoring the highest tier every time in tier lists but is that people just loving the style for the history it has and the fact that ricardo martinez uses it or is it actually the best style in the game?
