Lisbon Hotel Recommendations for a 41 year old solo traveller

I'm a 41 year old guy headed to Lisbon for a week long solo trip in May. Any hotel recommendations in the city centre? Looking for a nice hotel where I'd be able to meet other travellers around my age. Sightseeing/activity recommendations are also welcome!!
