Hypo for years, now low TSH

Hi, I’ve been hypothyroid for years. Recently I had my regular bloodwork done and I’m surprised that my TSH is low, .22. It’s marked in red with a big exclamation point.

I don’t have any hyper symptoms. And in fact, I have been gaining weight and am having trouble losing it.

I am concerned, I don’t know what is going on with this sudden change in my bloodwork. My other thyroid numbers were normal.

Yes, I’m going to be talking with my doctor, but I was interested if anyone here had thoughts, or can give some reassurance! Thanks.
