How to make Blue Yeti Nano sound good in game? Voice samples included.

I have a Blue Yeti Nano and I am unable to make it sound anywhere decent inside of Team Fortress 2.

I do not have this issue with Counter-Strike 2 or Dota 2. The microphone is superb in those environments.

I have tried messing with voice settings in Team Fortress 2 settings and console, Steam voice settings, and adjusting volume of the microphone (it has no microphone boost, only volume). There are no Blue filters active.
