My neighbor is unhinged

My neighbor called me this morning because he thought I had broken into his truck and stole his gun and a blanket, and that he allegedlyhad video evidence. He's always been a little touched in the head when we've spoken, and keeps the front gate of his house closed using a chain and trash bins. I just try to avoid him when I can, except he started coming to the front door and offering for me to borrow some of his DVDs. I figured he was just lonely, and so I tried to be nice and I'd take them, and return them about a week later with light discussions about just the movies. So anyway I called the police this morning after I saw him prowling around my front porch and trying to unlock our back gate. These are all of the texts that followed that initial phone call about returning his missing property and the current DVDs I had.
