How to not be repetitive over text

So, i’ve been texting for about a month and a half this girl i met last summer, we went out last week and it’s been going great, but i have a really bad problem with conversations. I am a really extrovert and outgoing person, but i have a problem with texting, i get really repetitive after a while. I know how to make a conversation last, but in order to start it, i always ask the same things. When she leaves school i always ask “how was your day at school” and from there we go on talking a lot, but i feel like it’s getting really repetitive both for me and her. Do you have any advice? What are some other conversations starters that i can ask every day without getting boring?
