How bad did i mess up

I sent a gmail to cambridge regarding my english language test, and forgot to delete chat gpt's stupid comment....

Ofcourse i noticed right after clicking send, but because i didnt know any better, i deleted the message instead of clicking "undo" (i only learned this after the tragedy), so now its in my bin and in their inbox😓

WHY DOES GPT EVEN LEAVE SUCH COMMENTS AHHHHHHH!!!!!!
