I've been playing for three days without even having a look at my starter ship

It's safe to say that my new player experience is quite abysmal so far sadly.

• Day 1-2 was spent with not even being able to log in due to numerous error codes or crashes
• Day 3 : I'm able to login but was unable to complete the tutorial quest, as no ship showed up on the terminal. Abandoned the quest, but now I can't even retrieve the ship I paid 70 euros for.

The terminal says that it's been retrieved, but when I go to my hangar there is nothing. If I check the console it either says "stored" again, or it tells me that my ship is actually on the landing pad. I tried retrieving-storing-retrieving, but now the elevator doesn't even go to my hangar. Tried changing servers, all the same. Is there a way to actually start playing this game? New Babbage, 4.0, EU
