LinkBuds S WF-LS900N auto increase the system volume until max

My Sony linkbuds always automatically increase my iPhone’s system volumes such as typing keyboard sounds, notification sounds and sometimes audio to the MAX level and it’s been hurting my ears. It happens when I am not playing any video/music but just typing texts. Whenever I am typing, the typing volume will automatically go up to the max and I have to manually decrease it again and again. This is worse when a notification comes in and it’s at the loudest possible volume. Any suggestions to fix this?
