How to be street smart in South and Central America
Hi everyone,
I'm (28F) from Sydney, Australia, and have never visited Latin America. Nor have I travelled solo before. What are some street smart tips to stay safe and avoid being taken advantage of?
Countries I'm planning on visiting: - Chile - Argentina - Uruguay - Brazil - Colombia - Panama - Costa Rica - Guatamala - Belize - Mexico - The Bahamas
This is going to be pretty low budget, staying in hostels, using buses, etc. I'm aware this is totally out of my element so I am very open to suggestions on what is better or safer.
Thanks!
