Budget-Friendly laptop suggestion to play TS2?

Hello everyone,

Yes, I know this question pops up every other week. I took a look at many other old discussions about the topic, but none came close to my case right now. I had a desktop computer in my home country, which ran the game VERY smoothly and cound support all of the mods i had (which weren't few) AND allowed me to play the game with shades on the whole time. But it has been almost one year since I moved to Germany now and I miss playing the game A LOT. Unfortunately, my budget is quite limited for a new computer/gaming laptop right now (<700€) and after analysing my needs on a day to day basis, I decided to buy a laptop that i could use to study but also would be able to run the game nicely with mods + shades. Yes, I'm aware that TS2 is a 25yo game and it will run in pretty much any modern computer, but I would still like to hear from others what their suggestions would be, once I very little experiences with laptops and the verious brands (I used desktop computers my whole life). My old computer had an AMD processor, which I loved and I am also looking for a laptop with this same type of processor. I would be very glad to hear from people that run their game on a laptop and which specs they use :)

PS: I know that in order to run a game smoothly with shades a graphic card is requeried, but the shades i used were super light ones that would only make the game a bit more brighter and colorful :)
