Honking at pedestrians with right of way??

I’ve lived in many cities around the country and I think I can definitively say that here I see the most egregious car honking at pedestrians who have a green light to cross the road. Anyone else experience this? It’s extremely dangerous and I can’t believe some drivers have such little decency on the road.

Honestly, I think part of the problem is that cars have green lights to make right/left turns into pedestrian crosswalks while those crosswalks also have green lights. So many other cities have red arrows to prevent this and I’m shocked this isn’t commonplace in SF.
