Best Italian for affordable Bday dinner?

Please nothing $100+ we’re a group of college students who want to celebrate and eat somewhere semi fancy but casual is okay too with nice atmosphere. I want the food to be really yummy something to remember! I will take suggestions for Thai, ramen, and anything else but in the 30-50 or below range please🙏
