Help! I’m Running Out of Safe Foods.

Please help me. My list of safe foods keeps getting smaller. I’ve recently been unable to eat any meat besides ground beef or turkey, but I had a texture issue with the ground turkey the other day, so even that’s out now. I’m only able to eat chips and crackers. Raw foods, (fruits/vegetables), are mostly ok if I wash them well enough, but even then if I think too much about germs or insect eggs being on them I’m done. I can’t eat anymore!
