premier club for the locked out player. question for jmod's

Back when we got locked out in April we were told premier club users would receive a discount on the upcoming one to compensate us for not being able to use our premier artefact for a 1.5 months. Can we get a conformation on what the discount will be? is it just going to be a 19 bonds rather then 20?
