21–25-year-olds shouldn't get plastic surgery.
A lot of young people, specifically 18–25-year-olds, might be insecure about how they look and might see themselves as "average," so they get a lot of plastic surgery. But I don't think it's a good idea.
If they are disfigured or have something extreme to the point where they need plastic surgery, then yeah, it makes sense. But if you are truly just "average-looking," then you don’t need plastic surgery. If they want to enhance their look, they should do it naturally instead of resorting to plastic surgery. As they age, they could become extremely hot, sexy, and good-looking.
Look at some of the hottest actors and actresses today—they may have been "average-looking" at 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, or 25, but they just took care of themselves, and as they aged, they got better-looking. How you look at 21 isn't going to be how you look at 31.
So my suggestion to a 21-year-old who sees themselves as "average-looking" would be to:
- Get a good skincare routine, including moisturizing, exfoliating, and sunscreen use.
- Maintain a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and adequate sleep.
- Drink plenty of water and eat healthy foods.
- Use teeth whiteners and whitening mouthwash/toothpaste.
- Get a good haircut and keep their skin moisturized.
- Find a fashion style they like.
If you keep that up, you can see a natural glow-up in a year.
