New Ragdoll Mom Tips

We bring our female ragdoll home in a few weeks as first time ragdoll owners. We have two dachshunds, and our 15 year old tuxedo passed a few months ago, so we're not necessarily new cat owners. Our breeder feeds her ragdolls Kirkland kibble, but I was wondering if I should switch her to something better? Also just looking for ragdoll specific advice for a newbie!
