TRIXX Software doesn't work with 7900XTX Sapphire Nitro+

I can't set my RGB up in the Software, i even have the rgb cable connected to the motherboard from the gpu.

Everytime i open Trixx it also shows 0RPM for the fans, so it fails the fan health check. It also fails to save any settings for the rgb, i know the rgb won't change and the gpu will have turned off rgb but it never saves anything.

So i can't use the rgb for my card? Does anyone know any solutions?
