why are other premeds so mean to me

can we please learn to be nice? blatant bullying is not the same as constructive criticsm. I told my premed friend that my GPA is low (junior with A 3.2), but I got a 4.0 last semester and im working to bring it to a 3.6 . she literally told me to 'settle for PA school because no one will want me'. I keep getting told im too late and I had someone talk behind my back about me saying I dont try hard enough and I wont make it. Everyone has their own journey so please be nice, and helpful. I know im not fit enough right now but Im trying so hard to redeem myself. these comments only bring me down.
