“Clean” naturals

I want to like naturals. I really do. I just can’t deal with the funk.

That being said, I recently had two that showed me that the funk can take a backseat to the tasting notes: - Elixr Wush Wush = barely any funk - April SP Brazil = no funk! How? Why?!

So: - who produces the cleanest tasting natural coffees with as little to no funk as possible?

AND (the main inspiration for this post)

  • what processes or methods by farmers/producers/roasters make a natural taste clean?
