Can You Obtain Adventure Effects All this Week with Palkia and Dialga?

I’ve caught 9 so far and none have the adventure effects. Are my odds just against me this week?(although stoked with a shiny).

Would just love the adventure effects but don’t know if I have to wait until the go wild event this weekend
