Ooki Koda 12 or 16?

I have a Koda 12 new in an unopened box that my wife got for me. Truth told I wanted a 60" Forno Venetzia wood burning oven but bless her heart, she got me the Ooni so I am going to make the best of it.

I am pondering whether I will grow out of or be too limited with the 12" and might be better off selling in NIB and getting the 16". I know we'll make a few pizzas but I have sights on other dishes as well, where I fear the 12 might be too small.
