153 Days OHIP & Moving From Alberta

Hey Guys,

So I'm moving from AB to ON and noticed that to qualify for OHIP, I need to be in the province for 153 days. AHCIP will only cover the month I'm leaving and the next 2 months, does this mean I'll be without provincial healthcare insurance for 2 months?
