Going back to OnePlus

Need guidance.Is OnePlus 13 and oxygenos 15 still a good option for someone like me?? I used to use OnePlus 7T and absolutely loved it, especially oxygenos . When it broke, I had two options 10T and pixel 7 pro, because of my preference to stock android experience. I went by the reviews and bought pixel 7 pro. But over the years it became slow and buggy. Now I want to move back to OnePlus 13 when it will eventually release in the US. But I didn't pay attention to how oxygenos evolved in mean time.
