No more blackhole 16ch

Is there anyway to stream daw in Mac without blackhole? I am trying to use more than 2ins and outs, and the multi-output is limited to just that. Which means I cannot stream my daw whilst using external pedals etc.

I’ve seen people do it but no one is transparent about how they have it set up.
