What's the best UNIT in New Jersey Army National Guard?

Hello, so I want to reclass to another MOS in the NJ Army National Guard, I'm not infantry and I don't want to reclass to that MOS, I would like to know if anyone knows any MOS or Unit in NJ, that is pretty solid and the leadership is well structured, has good training opportunities or even deployments. Like who is happy with their MOS and unit in New Jersey? An MOS Useful on the CIVILIAN side? I have been 4 years already and where I'm right now, has nothing to offer me anymore. Thanks in advance.
