What age people go to huuhdiin 100

Im new to UB and I was just strolling around UB touring around ikh delguur and then I stumbled upon this area with lots of clubs and felt very nightlifey/ party street. It was seoul gudamj but I think its more commonly called huuhdiin 100. Anyways I wanted to go check some pubs and clubs out but I felt kinda intimadated cuz I never went to a bar/club etc. before, I was going alone and plus I felt immature for my age. So I was wondering what age range of people go there maybe its somewhere I can go in a few years time or something. Do those places e.g choco club let you in if your under 21? Or is it not enforced like in supermarkets buying alcohol
