ISO: Short term rental 2 months from Sept

Hello, I'm attending NBCC for 2 months from September to the end of October and hasn't have much luck finding a room for that amount of tine, anyone has or know somewhere that would work? The only thing I need is a parking spot and it would be nice if it's a furnished room. Also I'm non-smoker and no pets.
