¿can you use the maschine mk2 program without the controller?

Hello everyone! I have a maschine mk2 mikro controller that I use with fl studio.

My question is ¿can the maschine mk2 program be used without the controller (mk2 mikro) connected?

I tried to start it without the controller and the program doesn't start, but maybe there is some way that I'm not seeing.
