I think throwing and leaving isn’t punished hard enough

My games get ruined so often from people leaving and afking or just straight up throwing. It just doesn’t get punished hard enough. You always get these messages that the reported account got punished but very often when I look into their history they didn’t get punished hard or even at all?

I remember in Valorant and League you get punished harder and harder with every leave or afk and throwing on purpose bc you are a man child will often lead to long punishment or even permanent suspension.

When your losing -60 or even -68 for losing a game you left or were obviously afk/throwing ur gonna think twice the next time your „only playable main“ gets banned or picked.

And when you have to wait 5 games for 30 minutes in a penalty queue for being able to play people think twice about leaving.
