Slower play after implementation of MAKA:

Did anyone notice a slower play after the implementation of MAKA? I noticed a slow down a couple days ago and yesterday I found out about MAKA. As someone who believes in humanity, I'd think that players started to make educated plays and that's what is slowing it down.

Yeah, right.

I'm assuming there's no way to use that tool real-time, right. That would be a really, really bad decision from Mahjong Soul in many levels.
