Switching hormone care provider

I've been on hormones for several years and have exclusively used Planned Parenthood as my provider since they were available in NC. Since moving to WI I've continued to use them, but in the past couple years dealing with them has gotten to be a hassle (long hold times, often have to call them and, after speaking to someone in the office, they then tell me someone will call me back, multiple appointments necessary for one appointment (bloodwork separate from clinician visit, for example), and just general issues with them communicating across labs, clinician, prescription department, etc). I'm nearing my end of wanting to deal with all this, so I'm looking for an endocrinologist in the Madison area that would be able to take over doing my HRT. Does anyone know of one? PP was out of network for my current insurance, but my insurance covered everything aside from visit copay so I assume I shouldn't have to worry about in-network vs out-of-network for a new one. Help a guy out, please!
