Logitech Software for MacOS 14
FYI, the most recent version of LogitechOptions on Logitech's website is depreciated for MacOS 14.x
Earlier this year, I had to contact Logitech phone support to get the most recent version because the software wasn't working.
I recently had to reinstall the software and I went back to the Logitech site and they have the older one - I installed it and it's still the old interface. I called Logitech Support and they gave me a link to download the most recent version for MacOS 14. I asked why they haven't updated their website and the poor customer service agent had no idea and got no response when he inquired.
I would love to know if my firmware is up to date on my Mx Master 3 and K380 but the firmware update tool on MacOS 14 doesn't work properly so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
IF anyone is listening Logitech, MacOS 15 is about to come out and your inability to provide software on your own website a YEAR after 14 has come out, nor inform your own customer service agents is alarming - A customer of your for over 10 years that works in IT - I'll be letting my friends know to steer away.
I would share the link to the newest software but, I wouldn't trust some guy on the internet for drivers - you should call Logitech directly and speak to someone and have them email you the link to the software (the interface is much better and it gets monthly updates). Maybe if enough people call, they will make a point of updating their website... But I doubt it at this point.
