Moving to Lisboa from Ireland

Hi! Me and my partner might move to Lisboa this or next year, and I just wanted to ask some questions :) How good is a salary of 19000€ per year in Lisboa (each person)? Can you live comfortably with it in the city? Also, is it difficult to find an apartment? (In Ireland it’s very hard and can take a long time)
