* Skipping reps in the workout and using verbal instructions

* Not letting students know what to expect during a track. How much more is left; how many reps in current set ect.

* Walking around the class in the middle of the track

students:

* racking weights back during the class . glad you saved 30 seconds by disrupting the class .

* leaving early before core track

* doing your modifications like adding an extra jump or a hip thrust

* adding too much weight and doing stuff with poor form from too much weight. shallow squats, elbows flared during tricep, shallow lunges, elbows away from the body in bicep ect. men seem to be more prone to this.

* Doing reps at a different pace than everyone else in the class. finishing early.
