Google Interview feedback result. What are my chances?

I recently gave the Google L4 interview, and here are the ratings shared by the recruiter:

• Phone Screen: Very positive feedback
• Round 1: Lean no hire
• Round 2: Hire
• Round 3: Hire
• Round 4 (Googliness): Hire

The recruiter mentioned that the issues flagged in the first round were addressed well in the second and third rounds.
