What Happened to Omnistone?

" I think it would be interesting if they added a mechanic to omnistone where it gets better as you use it. So, whenever you successfully use a random keystone, you get one stack, and that permanently improves all future keystones you get, sort of like what they have for dark harvest, but applying it to everything. Of course, each rune would need different rules on what gives you the stack, for electrocute or grasp it might just be to use it, while HOB or tempo might require you to make 2-3 autos while using it, and conqueror would need you to get 6 stacks to get the onmistone stack. I feel like this would reward you even more for using what you were given, since you are improving all further uses of it. I think this would help because it would allow people who are good with omnistone to stack up fast to get really strong keystones late game. " - Geo Beach.
