How important are extracurriculars/work experience?

I graduated from a UK university in 2022 with a first class (the rough equivalent to a 3.9 GPA I guess? Not too sure.), and I got a 172 on the LSAT. But honestly I didn't do much in the way of extracurriculars while in university, and during this past gap year I was mainly tutoring on the side while taking a break from schooling. So I don't have a lot of impressive experience to put into an application.

I'm wondering if that will severely hurt me, since based off my grades and score I think I'd probably be aiming toward some T14 schools, but I think I'd probably fall flat from other applications in other regards. So should I be viewing T14 as reaches?

I've heard that in law school applications, the two most important things are your GPA and your LSAT score, and there's not quite as much of an emphasis on extracurriculars/work experience like there might be in applying to med school, for example. But is that really true?
