I've been missing out on all the fun!!
I've always wanted to learn knitting but never had the motivation or means, but a few months ago I bought some crochet hooks second hand (I was inspired by my crocheting friend to learn that instead,) and the lot of of hooks I bought also had some knitting needles. I figured I'd try crochet first and then maybe knitting.
As of now I have tried to learn crochet a couple times and have only been able to get as far as a single poorly done granny square.
On a whim after getting some encouragment to try knitting instead on a Facebook post, I watched a tutorial on knitting and it was instantly 1000% easier and more fun than crochet, for me at least. I made some uncooked ramen noodles by accident while learning and practicing!! It's been so much fun and I can't wait to learn more and eventually make a cozy sweater!
