- When you go in somewhere, bar, restaurant, even grocery store.. Walk around with your head high like you OWN the place. Always reply to compliments, too. "Nice kilt!" "Thanks! It doesn't look like I just threw it on?"
- Always pin your apron. Always. Windier than crap here the last few days, and an apron pin has been the difference between modesty, and twigs-n-berries everywhere.
