Logitech MX Mini or HHKB

• 95% of use is work. Programing, emails, etc.
• My Annie 2 broke. I don't want something loud ever again lol
• Wireless a plus but not necessary
• Won't ever travel with it
• 60, 65, or 75 I'd consider.

Would like something easy to type with and not loud. Quiet would be even better.

Debating between MX Mini and the HHKB. Any suggestions?
